WeClean Florida Service Terms
A 30% deposit is required to book after receiving and accepting your estimate. We only accept cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
Our service terms cover quotes, property access, supplies, safety, cancellations, payments, re-clean requests, damage reporting, privacy, and dispute procedures.
Our cleaning services: We provide ordinary interior cleaning for homes, apartments, Airbnb and other short-term rentals, offices, commercial buildings, and company spaces. We also provide move-in and move-out, eviction, and foreclosure cleaning when listed in the accepted quote.
Important: This document is an attorney-review draft. No agreement can prevent every dispute or lawsuit. A Florida-licensed business attorney should approve it before it is used as a customer contract.
